How much does it cost to heat/cool a 1700 square foot home?

Question:I am considering buying a 1700 sq foot newly constructed home, and have no idea how much it might cost to heat/cool it. I live in ohio (long winters, hot summers), and generally heat my apartment to 65 all winter, and cool to 72 all summer. Does anyone have any idea approximate energy costs in a home this size?

I'm in Texas and have a little over 1800s.f. My bill runs around 200 a month, which will depend on your kW hour rate. My temp stays around 68-73 all year long. Hope this helps.
