GO AROUND THE JOINTS WITH GORILLA CEMENT TO MAKE IT SOLID AGAIN
What you can do is go to Lowe's they will help you! You will have to replace some or all of the frame work around you screen door. Hope this helps!
drill a pilot hole and put a wood screw in there or use corrugated nails to hold that door at the corners.
try caulking the bad wood first and then if it appears you gonna need to replace wood, get a pro to do it or carefully remove the old wood, and use it as a pattern to cut a new piece. remember it ain't gotta be perfect, just functional.
Get some metal brackets (Flat pieces of metal with holes in them) If they have two legs (sort of like an L) this would be better.
If the wood is loose enough to work some glue in to the joint do that first, then screw the brackets on the corners of the door. 1 leg on each part of the corner. ( The bracket should be long enough to get at least two screws in on both legs.)
IF YOU CAN LAY THE DOOR FLAT WHEN YOU WORK ON IT IT WOULD EVEN BE BETTER.
This if done right could make the door last for quite some time.
