Any gas servicing men on line please?
Question:I have a Worcter combi boiler,and the hot water has gone off .There is a red light flashing ,and the manual says to press the light ,but it keeps flashing .The boiler is 7 years old and has been sericed every year.Dont think that i am a cheapskate and want to fix it myself ,but i have phoned the engenieer ,but cant get hold of him .Any thoughts of what could be wrong please Thanks for your time and patience.

press the red light and hold in for a few seconds then release.
if this still doesnt work, turn of at electric point, and then turn back on. if this fails call worcester direct on 08705266241

knowing the model will help, but sounds like a diverter or flow switch problem, also sounds like installation wasnt the best, dont just keep re-setting the boiler, this can cause harm, you need to sort the cause!
