I've got a stained cement floor in my living room and noticed moisture on it recently. Is this normal?

Question:It looks like simple condensation, just a thin layer of moisture. Is it condensation? Is it normal? If this is not normal, what can I do to prevent it?

Answers:
not nomal...ground water coming up or broke water pipe or sewer line..have water lines tested and then sewer and then u might need to cut out the floor and see what is going on..

lic. gen. contractor

This is not normal. You most likely have a broken pipe under the concrete floor. You need to have this looked at ASAP by a licensed contractor.
