Fridge fan question need help please?
Question:i have a frigidaire fridge the freezer fan went bad so replaced it exactly how it was in there but the fan moves very slow and in return it is not cooling the fridge section freezer section is great

Hi Not knowing if your unit has a main board I would unplug it for 10 seconds and then plug back in. That reboots the board and resets the three speed fan. Good luck
Was it a frigidaire replacement part, or one you had off another refrigerator?
Well..i am not sure what to say. I would try a different fan. Preferably a used one to save you some cash because new ones cost about $40+ dollars. Buying the fan online is most likely cheaper. I have not needed a used fan for awhile, but a appliance shop might charge you about $10.00 for it. Take the broken down fan with you to the shop for a close match. DO NOT TAKE THE FAN YOU JUST PUT IN!
