Double pane windows are SHOT when moisture gets between the 2 panes. The window seal is shot. Very expensive to replace.
Poor manufacturing is the cause ~ maybe you can get the manufacturer to replace them for free if <15 years old. Otherwise gonna be $$$$$.

Double pain windows are supposed to be sealed as a thermal barrier and if you have a moisture problem it means the seal has been broken. You will have to replace the window.
If you have moisture in between double panes of glass, then you have what is known as a seal failure. How old are you windows? If they are new, then this should be covered by your manufacturer's warranty. If they are not new, then you can either live with it- the windows will be inefficient energy wise- or get new windows.
Moisture between the panes of double pane windows indicate that the seal has failed. Easiest route, replace the windows. Newer windows may also increase the efficiency of the old window due to newer materials/techniques. A double pane window with a broken seal is costing you money in the form of higher heating/cooling bills.
That's a vacuum in there. If there's moisture you have a leak. It's not coming out. Live with it or replace it.
Has to be replaced as stated above. Replace it with one that you can get a federal tax credit on. Talk to your accountant. Could save you at least some money. I had two replaced last year, at around $200 each. These were about 2 feet wide by 4 feet high.
All the above is true. The window has lost it seal. This repair should be around $100 each sash to repair. If it is the type of window that you can remove the sashes, remove the effected sash and take to a local glass company... In most cases if it is a common size, the glass company can turn it around in the same day. If it the type of window that you can not remove the sash, leave it to a pro. Hope that helps
