I have a new white gas cooker but when the burners are lit the flames are almost invisable. Can anyone help?

As long as the flames are not orange you're ok.
Or do you mean that they are very low,if so you may have the wrong jets fitted as most cookers come with two sets of jets, one set for natural gas and one for lpg.it may be worth while getting an engineer to take a quick look at it.
The only white gas cookers that I'm familiar with are the ones that you use for camping, and they also have nearly-invisible flames. I don't know if this is a question of simply being very hot, or lack of non-combustibles in the gas, but certainly it's a little worrisome not to be able to see the flames and know when the thing is on.
that is normal, the flames should be pale blue when burning correctly and are hard to see in day light.
when the flames turn yellow then you have a problem, until then don't worry.
Thats normal isn't it? When the flames are orange, thats when you shoud start to worry!
nobody can help.
Was it installed & commissioned correctly? No, Call a profesional & have it done correctly, Don't play with what you don't understand it's dangerous.
it is always difficult to see flame on a white cooker, especially when the room is bright. sounds like it is absolutely fine. to reassure yourself, at night turn your kitchen light off when the rings are lit and you will be able to see a nice crisp blue flame. hope this helps
the problem starts if the flames are yellow and sooty if there is heat of the flames ti should be ok but get a carbon monoxide detector which are about £20
