no, Screwfix sell a shower rcd unit but you should have this done by a proper electrician
my concern over this question is, If you don't have access to the power supply how do you isolate the system when doing the work. Unless you plan to put a plug on the end of the flex. These pumps are intended to be hard wired. My advice. Get an electician at best 240 volts hurts or worst you wont know anything about it, but your next of kin will
i agree with shineandpixie you must get this done by a qualified electrician, as an approved electrician i also must inform you that it is phenominally unsafe to NOT BE ABLE TO GET TO YOUR FUSE BOX, you would fail an inspection and test if you cannot access the switchgear of an installation. how would you isolate the power if your nearest and dearest was electric break dancing?

YOU NEED A SPARKY
to concur wirth earlier answers you must not do this yourself. If you cannot gain access to your consumer unit how are you going to isolate or connect a new circuit. Another thing to think about is if you do this work it will still need testing by niceic registered electrician and that may incur further work to pass testing i.e tails upgrade, earth upgrade etc etc
