My pipes in the pool busted and now the pool wont clean .. ?
Question:well my dad came over and said the tubes busted and we have to replace the tubes and filter .. but then we have to drain the pool and fill it up with a water hose.. thats gonna take forever .. is that true .? what should i do my partys in two weeks . help!

You don't have to drain your pool. That is a common misconception about pool maintainance. The water in the pool is clean.it just has contaminants in it that have to be killed and then removed. Water is water is water.it does not change. The only thing that changes are the contaminants in the water. Call a pool service company and have them repair your pipes. Pipe repair is the cheapest and easiest repair to make on a pool. After the pipes are repaired, have the swimming pool service company shock the water to kill the algea. After the algea is dead, all they have to do is vacuum it out. Remember, the water doesn't change. Only the contaminants change. The algea is the contaminant. Kill the algea and remove it, and you have clean water left.
get you a couple cheap doeboy pools and fill them with your water..they make them out of vinal..Get a water pump and pump your pool water into them...when you have the pipes replaced just drain the temp pools into main.. Look at the free ads in craigslist..they often give away pools such as.. just set em up directly on the edge so you just have to pop a hole in the side to refill..ha..
