What's the average price to have someone install gutters all the way around the house ?

Depends on how much (length) they have to install. When we had a new roof put on, the roofers had to install new gutters on both sides of the house which is about 50 feet long & they were seamless which is also better and it cost me less than $500. I may have gotten a cheaper price because I had just paid $12,000 for a large pitched roof --very high up ( 2 stories plus a full attic high). You have to get 3 estimates & ask neighbors & friends for recommendations AND THEN call your city's building department to see if there are any complaints against the contractor. I did all of the preparation because I didn't want anyone to take advantage of me (a widow) & I would recommend the roofer I had to anyone. Good Luck.
