How to fix a broken fridge/freezer?

Question:my freezer seems to be halfway working, my fridge on the other hand is not working at all. this model has a freezer on one side and a fridge which is connected to the freezer right next to it. Any ideas on what the problem could be and how to fix it?

Did you check the temperature setting control knob it may have been hit accidentally and changed the setting.
Have you vacuumed out the condenser coils usually underneath or behind the fridge. When these coils get clogged with dust, lint, hair or whatever the gas cannot condense back to liquid due to heat buildup and will not cool things inside.
