Bubbles on water?

Question:there are bubbles where my filter drains into the water like a waterfall is that bad. also my water looks cloudy from the side of my tank when i look at it. what can i do to fix these problems

without being there i cant be sure but i think you have an algeal bloom. how much light? do you have an AQUA CEAR filter? if so get another one or a bigger one, i find they work the best because the sponge provides a huge area for good bacteria to live on and break down the fish waste products that provides food for the algea.
