Why does my bed do this?

Question:whenever i move any part of my body on my bed it moves..i have NEVER done anything on it..
it is made of normal bed parts.. but on the bottom there is also wood.. hodling upp the bed.. how can i fix thsi?

Answers:
What on earth are you banging on about? Clarify please!

Moves in what way? If it sinks, maybe the bed is too soft, if it extends a pair of hands to grab you, it's haunted.
are there wheels? I dont know why your bed would move, do you move a lot in your sleep?
You mean it wobbles a little? Tighten the screws in the wood bit. Should stop it :)

*Edit* Tightening the screws will also stop it squeaking!
its the monster under your bed, better be careful.
