Why would my furnace turn on when the temperature is 90 degrees?

Question:

Answers:
Are you sure that the furnace is on? Many central air conditioners and furnaces share a blower- maybe its just the blower for your AC coming on?

maybe your timer is off. waayyyy off.
someone set the temp higher, or maybe only the fan is on. Is it blowing out hot air or cold?
I suspect the furnace isn't going on, but the fan is starting. There is an upper limit switch that will kick on the fan if its not working right.

You need a repair guy to make it stop. Running the fan doesn't hurt and it circulates the air, so you may want to put up with it instead.
