Weird stuff in my tap water?
Question:This is really an answer to a question julia asked with the same title 3 weeks ago, but now closed to new answers. I was very interetsed in Julia's question as she said she, likes me, finds a problem with her tap water. I am also in London and also have a boiler that doesn't require a tank - a thermal store. I find my skin and hair go extremely dry and irritated in the water in my flat... yet at the gym and friends places up the road, the water is fine. I have concluded there must be a problem with the thermal store somehow... but I'd appreciate any theories or solutions you out there may have.

Your water quality has very little to do with your boiler/instant water heater. I would suggest having your water tested or contacting you municipality with your complaint as they have control over the water quality delivered to your flat.
