Leather couch pillow cracking?

Question:I bought a benchcraft leather couch 8 years ago within the first year the pillows around the front and side of seating area started cracking.Under pillow was a number to call for service and I thought I had a contract,
oops no they said the all leather sofa had vinyl around the pillows and that I did not have a service contract.
7 years later it looks terrible,
DON'T BUY BENCHCRAFT THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE FURNITURE.
ANY SUGGESTIONS THE REST OF THE COUCH IS BEAUTIFUL

It will be the finish on the leather that is cracking and this will need to be replaced.

I think you should have stood your ground earlier as it should have been covered by manufacturers warranty in the first year and longer. They like it when people go away easily and they do not have to bother!!
