What is the difference of a blue and a yellow propane tank used for plumbing?

Question:

Answers:
Blue is normally Propane and Yellow is Mapp gas.

FYI Mapp Gas burns hotter than propane. While it is more expensive than propane, it will work much faster.
If they're both filled with propane the color of the tank is all that is different.

I think you'll find the above to be the correct answer. Propane V. Mapp gas.
