Patching/Replacing an interior door?
Question:Hey, I put a hole the size of a nickel in my brothers door. It is pretty cheap and appears to be hollow and I was wondering how much it costs to replace one or patch it. Finally, if buying a new door, can you get a door that's colored say darkish brown or do they just come tan. If I can patch it I will so my parents don't find out but if I have to I'll pay to replace it..I just hope my parents don't kill me. Thanks for the help.

lol easy . get a can of expanding fillar ,spray it in the hole
cut of the exsess, paint , with the same color, if you need to hide it , staple a piture over it
sorry you can not patch a hollow door you will have to replace
not real expensive go to home depot. hay accidents happens i sure your parents will not kill you
I'll go with Johnny on this one with a small change. Spray expanding foam into the door, when it's dry scrape it back below the surface and fill the depression with Bondo. This is a two part body filler, it wont shrink, sands easily and takes paint well.
