Anyone else struggling with the Mira Thermostatic shower?

Question:Mine's been repaired twice in the 5 months since installation..often it won't stay on but more alarmingly it sometimes won't turn off! The push-button is not a patch on the old switch..or do I lack technique??!

Push and hold. The button's fell off mine and it seems better without it.
