White rodger airconditioning older model?
Question:What does it mean when you turn the aircondition on and cool flashes off and on.And the air wont come on.
Answers:
White Rogers is a brand of thermostats. If this is a thermostat question then you will have to find operating manuals for that thermostat and find out what the error sequences are for that model.
If you just want to see if you equipment will run you can bypass the thermostat by jumping the red (24V) wire with the blue or green (blower) wire at the indoor unit. If your blower comes on then you may need a new thermostat.
If you jump the red (24V) wire with the yellow (cooling) wire then your air conditioning should come on.

Sounds like the fan is burnt out or locked out. Check for a fuse in the control panel. Unplug it first.
