What's the best way (solution) to clean a walk-in freezer floor?

Question:What kind of solution would be recommended to clean a walk-in freezer floor? Need something that won't freeze the mop or brush to the floor while I'm cleaning. It's mostly metal.

Use hot soapy water. Allow it to freeze then chip the ice up, with a putty knife. Do a small area at a time, it's a slow process but it works.
