How do I get a heat stain out of a wood dining table?

Question:

Answers:
I always smear Miracle Whip or mayo on wood stains from heat or water, leave it on for a few hours and go back and check to see if it went away, if not another application

As far as I know its permanent, although if its a finished table it might be just the finish that's stained so you could sand down the table and refinish. If it is the wood that's been stained and if you're daring enough you could always sand down to where it's not stained (and the whole table top of course, if the stain isnt too deep) and then refinish it.
Hope that helps!
rub with bee's wax.

good luck!
sand and re-varnish
Break out the mayonaise. Works for the white rings lift by glasses and the white marks left by heat. It's the only thing we use mayonaise for in this house.
