how big are the rooms, what type of flooring appliances, etc. what type of bushes, trees, flowers? are you going to put tiles on your drywall in the basement or you need to put dry wall and tile the floor? a new stove can cost from the hundreds to the thousands. are you flipping? fixing up? or going to rent it out a million times? we need alot more details to answer this question.
what do you mean when you say remodel the bathroom? such as gut it and start from scratch, change the paint colors or all new bath tub and whole nine yards?
