Why would my 3 outside lights stop working? They are all in the front, and the breaker is not tripped. Thanks

You may also check to see if you have any GFCI plugs tripped. Sometimes they are wired together, even though they're not supposed to be. These are usually located in the garage, bathrooms, and the kitchen area and are the plugs that have the test/reset push buttons on them. You may also try to reset (turn off/on) the breaker, sometimes when they trip they trip internally but the switch does not flip to where it appears tripped. Good luck

Switch could have died (rare) or had a wire come undone. I'd verify that they're on the same wire and trace it back to the switch. It's unlikely that all three of the fixtures have died simultaneously.
Could be the switch. It's simple to check if you have the tools to do it with.If not don't try it call a friend or electrician. It's only 110 but that can hurt when you get hit just right.
My two connected lights quit working because they had motion/darkness sensors built in to them, which quit. I took the lights down, removed the sensors, wired them back up and they are fine now. Those sensors are quite sensitive, I had to remove the remote control sensor in a ceiling fan several years ago for the same reason.
You need to check the common wire that supplies the power to that circuit. If it is good then check the switch. Switches sometimes go bad. You may also check the photo cell if your outdoor lighting is equipped.
