In ky., what are laws of sewer systems, or advise where can find them,?
Question:have sewer system in home ,was put in by pervous own, sewer pipe runs into footer drains. need to know laws and what can be done. bought house in feb. this year, thought sewer system was ok. didnot know it ran into footer drains.
