Will my futon mattress be ok?

Question:Will my futon mattress be ok?
I got one that's inches thicker than a normal futon mattress and have been sleeping on it for a week with no problems. Now I want to fold it like a couch and it bends, but felt like c*ap last night. I already have an egg crate on it, will having a fiber bed and bending it like a couch ruin it?

Yes and No. The mattress requardless of type will crease in the middle. If you are planning on putting the mattress on something different in the future I would suggest NOT bending it. If you are planning on just using it on the futon then go ahead.
