How do you get into a locked bedroom after being locked out?

Question:I'm locked out of my room, we've tried credit cards, bobbin pins cardboard nothings working I need an answer ASAP..

Answers:
being able to unlock the bedroom door depends on the type of locking device on the door---IF the door handle on the OUTSIDE has a little round hole in it--simply place a small screwdriver or an awl (long needle like tool with a handle)... into the hole and turn it a few times while at the same time turning the door----always got ME into the room. If the door handle does NOT have a hole in it... you can do a couple of things.if the door hinges are on the outside, just pop the bolt inside the hinge (top middle and bottom) and the door comes off the frame on one side but with more then enough room to get into the room... last but not least---get a ladder if needed, put it outside up against the house next to your bedroom window, climb up to your bedroom window --MAYBE you didn't lock the window---and you can open the window, climb in and unlock the door. Now if I'm teaching you how to burglarize a home---please disregard everything I've said here.

usually inside doors have a a passage lock. A small screwdriver (like an eyeglass screwdriver) inserted into the tiny hole in the handle will turn open the lock like a key.
You may have to call a locksmith, or try taking the hinges off the actual door.
There is a little hole in the middle of the door knob. Usually there is a little key to fit it. Most people keep them above the door sitting on the trim.. If you don't find one, take a wire coat hanger, straighten out the hook and push it into the hole repeatedly while turning the doorknob.
all locks in the bed rooms they have a lilt Hull in the front .get very Small flat scrod driver and open the lock from the front
If it's a standard bedroom door it may have a knob with a round hole in the center. Get a hangar or something similar and put it into the center of the hole you'll hit the release mechanism about a half inch in. That should unlock the handle. Second option is to go through a window. Third is to call a locksmith. Last is to bust it down and repair the jam and replace the door.
