Has anyone had Craneboard siding installed?

Question:If so, is it working out nicely for you? Why or why not?

Right now, I am trying to decide whether to go with Craneboard or Hardiplank. I was quoted the same price, so now it comes down to quality, life expectancy, and maintenance. I've heard that you have to caulk the joints on Hardiplank twice a year which sounds like a bit of upkeep. Craneboard, from what i hear, is maintenance free, and is not supposed to have the wavy effect of vinyl siding. But i've seen houses with craneboard which are still wavy, but that might be the installers fault. My builder recommends not puttting house wrap up with the craneboard, because of the additional holes it would put in the wall. Any extra holes that water might get into would be trapped by the house wrap.
