Can a concrete driveway be repaired instead of replacing it?

Question:The weather has caused cracks and damage to my driveway. Can the concrete/cement ,whatever it is,just be repaired or does the whole thing need replaced?

Answers:
If it a hair line crack its nothing to worry about just leave it alone. If its cracked and raised then you need to have it replaced. A patch on something like this will just get worse and worse.

Sometimes, Depends on how bad the concrete is....
Concrete can be repaired, but keep in mind that whatever caused the cracks to begin with (weather, etc) is likely to create the same problem again...

Concrete patch is available at most home improvement stores.
There are a variety of patching products available. The severity of the crack will determine what you need to do.

Measure the size of the crack and go to your local home improvement store. Look though the concrete patching products and look for the recommendations on what size cracks they're designed to repair.

Alternately, you can just mix some concrete and patch it yourself, if of course you ahve a steady hand and a trowel.
only a temporary fix
