Open a spray can?

Question:how do i open and refill a spray can with paint? and make it work still?

Answers:
I am assuming this is a standard spray can. This can't be done safely, however there are spray cans on the market that can be opened filled with paint and charged with air from a compressor. Check the Northern Hydraulic website and you'll find more info.
