This indicates a beraing is going bad on one of the fan motors...inside or outside.could also be a loose hub where the fan blade connects to the hub...in any case if it makes this a lot then the motor needs to be replaced soon before it locks completly up,which it will do eventually


Sounds like bearings in a motor getting ready to go out. If it is the inside unit, it could also be a loose belt that drives the fan.
