I would have to plastic from the choices you provide above. Non of these are good insulators. Try some actual insulation board from your local home improvement warehouse.
why not use insulation
Styrofoam.
Panels are available at a very inexpensive price at any Home Depot store.
p.s. I live in Florida and it also does a great job of keeping the house cool.
