Cheap and easy way to replace window screens?
Question:Our dog pushed her way through to of our window screens... granted they were old to begin with, we still have to replace or fix them cause we rent. Any good ideas?
Answers:
Go to home depot or lowes and buy the screen (maybe $10) and replace it yourself, it is really easy. I just did my whole house. They will explain how to do it there.
Buy a large roll of screen at Home Depot or Lowes and cut it yourself.
Fix it yourself! It's relatively easy to do.

You can get everything you need at Home Depot or Lowes. They are even selling "pet resistant" screening now.
take them to your local hardware store...they are pretty cheap to replace...or if your handy you can buy the screen and replace it yourself
A really cheap way is to use nylon netting. Wal Mart has it for 57c per yard and it is 72 inches wide, come in all colors.
Staple it on also you can buy tulle netting it is finer weave but costs 77c per yard and is 54 inches wide. We used it at out fishing cabin and works great. Use it until you can afford better. Good Luck
go to a place that cuts glass and normally they can make screens
