What is the best method to get rid of lizards at home?
Question:I went in for a Pest Control Service last year because of termites at home. For some time, there were no lizards. But for the past 2 months, i find lizards of all sizes running around. It is really scary especially with a 2 year old around. Please suggest .

If the lizards are outside and they are just normal little lizards and not some big iguana or something then I would just leave them alone since they eat insects that would be much more harmful to your child than a lizard, but if you really want to get rid of them get a cat. Cats love to catch lizards.
I've tried and found out that you can't get rid of them.
Why in the hell would you want to get rid of lizards? First of all, unless they're Gila Monsters, they pose ZERO threat to your two-year-old.
Secondly, they control many of the pests you would pay an exterminator to kill.
Take a deep breath, open a book and do a little research on lizards. It's amazing what you might learn about the animal kingdom. Or call an exterminator and see what they say ... I guarantee they'll tell you the same thing - lizards are not pests, are not a threat and they're actually beneficial.

keep egg shells where the lizards are coming.believe me thay will run off from there.hope this will help u.
Lizards are abhorrent to look at.
In reality, they are very useful to humans and are not harmful to humans. Avoid physical contact though. . They are wary of anything bigger than them so there's no worry at all.
Why they are beneficial to humans, like spiders are, is the fact that they prey upon all the pests that you spent money on using pest control measures.
Learn to tolerate them.
My personal view is that in prehistoric times lizards and spiders of gargantual proportions devoured many humans. Those genes have imprinted themselves in our memory and created inherent abhorrence.
