Can i use a REGULAR air compressor to blow the dust from my computers fans?
Question:huh?
Answers:
I do this and even remove the side cover and blow out my entire computer insides and have never had no problems.you need to be careful though because if you do not have a water seperator/dryer on your air hose you can get water on your internal computer parts...especially during the summer when the humidity is very high.Your air compressor will have lots of water in the compressed air..drain the water from your tank regularly
Yes, just make sure to regulate your pressure to probably no more than 80PSI. We have a computer shop and do it all the time. Just make sure you do it outside and probably wear a surgical mask to keep dust from going into your nose and mouth.
Ya, sure. Just make sure the line has an air dryer on it or you may blow some moisture into your computer. Also watch the pressure isn't too extreme that you end up damaging something.
as long as its on low pressure.
Well yes you can but I would rather buy a can of computer aeresol spray... a regular compressor has moisture in it no matter how well it was drained..compressed air makes ice ice makes water..If the compressor has what is called a water trap on it...u are better off..but I work on computers too..I don't want water inside my computer/or anyone elses
