I recently purchased Silicone Rubber Tube White, from Boatlife.?
Question:It claims to have a rubber coating in 10 minutes, and fully cures in 24hrs. I'm using it on a PVC pipe that leaks. My question, how soon can I run water thru the pipe?

I don't see any reason you can't use it after a few minutes, it's not going to dissolve anything or slow curing.
IF it works, it'll work in 24 hours. Hope it does. If it doesn't you might want to try the glue made for PVC. It would probably work better depending on the exact configuration of the leak and the pressure.
