You need to be much more specific. Glass is purchased on a per sq. ft. basis. Also the thickness of the glass and the unit, if it is tinted, if it is on the first or second story, how old the house is, if the unit was insulated or filled with argon.
If it is just a piece of DS(1/8 glass) then it will only be about $3-4 per sq ft. but if it is an IG(Insulated Glass, where two panes are glued to a frame to create and insulated air pocket) unit it could be anywhere from $100 - $3000 depending on size. That does not include extras such as tint or argon.
Estimates are fee just call you local glass shop and have them come out and measure it for you. DO NOT MEASURE IT YOURSELF! there are to many factors, if you measure it and it does not fit then you have to pay for the mistake but if the company measures it, it is more likely to be correct the first time and if its not they have to pay for the mistake.
A bay window replacement has many factors in the costing.
size, Glass, configuration, material it's made of.
labor also has many factors. size, location, does it need a roof and/or trunk built,... the only sure way to know is to go through the process of having an estimate done.
Lots, consider upvc, more expensive than wood but someone who understands the problems will be fitting it.
Just how long is your piece of string? The cost depends on what size your bay window is, how many flat panels are needed to make up the span and curve, how many opening windows there are in the bay and the specification of the glass and the frame. Are you talking cheap PVC, quality PVC, softwood frame, hardwood frame, or aluminium frame. Check out your local suppliers - the big national companies tend to price high so they can offer massive discounts.
