Go to Lowes, and purchase a "Zip-it", and use it to remove the hair that is clogging your drain. Good luck!
1/2 box of baking soda & 1/2 jar of vinegar
et voila
You are going to have to manually remove the hair, and coagulated soap. Put about 2" of water in the floor of the shower, use the toilet plunger (shhhh, if you don't tell, I won't tell). Push down slowly then jerk upward. The crud will come loose.
A shower doesn't usually have a stopper. But for any drain with a stopper I pull out the stopper to make sure it isn't completely tangled with old hair.
Then I would try the "Hair Away" cleaner shown below. True Value Hardware probably has the brand. If that doesn't work you might have to have the drain snaked out.
Sometimes on old galvanized drain pipes you have metal flaking off from within the pipes causing blockages.

this is a cheap thing to try, it worked on mine. there is a product called a Drain King. it is an expandable rubber device that screws onto the end of a garden hose. you stick it into your drain and turn the water on. try this before calling a plumber. it costs about $10.00 and is available at Lowe's, Home Depot, any hardware store.
Your going to have to run a snake down the drain after trying all of the above remedies. Showers and tubs get the soap build up in the grease trap and the hairballs.
