How to fix a crack in ceramic tile without replacing the tiles?

Question:original tiles no longer exist
any solutions that don't involve covering with a rug
I'm looking for ways to make the crack blend in with the tile

Don't know what the product is call but the have something like that at Lowe's, just go in and ask them they will help you out.
