It's been years, literally ! I now have electric heat.
My stuff runs on gas and electricity so I've never had to get wood, but I only went to go get wood once to remodel my basement, I got a ton then

Wood. Well, my family usually runs out every six months or so. Then we drive up to Canada and get some of the free piles sitting around. Forest thinning is a most wondrous thing! The act leaves for the common people with wonderful already cut and dried pine wood!
