Can u fix a can opener if u accidently broke it?

Question:the part u turn with popped out and the other two nuts and the spring came out too can u put them back on manually?

Only if you know how exactly they go back in. Can openers are about nine to 12 bucks at Wally's World of Crappy Customer Service. I have a manual one in the drawer for just such an emergency.
