Mold on apartment AC filter??
Question:our apartments are brand new, 2 yrs old i think, and the maintenance guys come around every 3 months and change AC filter.. supposedly, and the other day i found that there were patches of what looked like white and blackish green mold patches? WTF? Anyone have any ideas?

Report this to the management. This could be a serious health problem. They need to be aware and find out what's causing it.
Clean your AC with bleach water. That should kill the mold for the time being.
Um, MOVE
report it to the EPA,they will do something about it.
