I used to work in a furniture store. When we had problems with faux suede or microfiber, I called Dr. Vinyl! It is a nationally franchised repair business. The guy that had the franchise in my area did house calls.
They have a website where you can locate your regional Dr. Vinyl business.
if you contact the store where you bought it they should be able to reccomend someone who can fix it. or you could google for specialist site
