Air Conditional Not Working Well?

Question:I have an air conditional that isn't working too well. There was ice build up on some of the pipes going into the unit and near the fan inside the house and it was not cooling the house down. I turned off the AC and turned on the fan and there wasn't much air coming out of the vents - would could be wrong and how can I fix it?

Answers:
Change filter. Insulate lines with foam. Clean coils. These things should be done at least once a year. Except insulating lines once is plenty.

Call a repairman.
Get it serviced!
Clean the filter, that is the number one reason why many appliances such as these don't work right. If that doesn't seem to help, call a repair man.
