Alpha 240p boiler playing up, Have had diaphragm changed but temperture in radiators and water lukewarm?

Check that you have the correct water pressure on the boiler, and also that your boiler pump is working. Check that your room stat is turned up (if you have one). Check that the boiler Temperature stat is turned up to its highest point. If it doesn't improve, you will have to call for an engineer.
sounds like thermistor stat or stats are needing changed. there is one on heating circuit & one on domestic hot water. Better to change both as they work in conjuction with each other. They are fairly inexpensive but you will need a corgi reg engineer to do. thats the most likely cause, good luck
