I guess you are wanting to replace an existing sink with a whole that big already there? Well first I would check at a plumbing supply house. Not a Home Depot or Lowes. every once in awhile years ago we use to put in a porcelain on steel kitchen sink that had a I guess what we called a hooty rim. It was like a chrome metal border that rested on the counter top and the sink was attached to it. I always thought it kind of weird but they made it. I am not a big fan of porcelain on steel product to begin with. It really doesn't take much for the porcelain to chip and then the rust will be soon to follow.

Call up a few plumbers, ask them where they get their supplies..it probably wont be home depot.

call up their source and ask if they will sell to the public.
