Basically, to make 2 cycle oil from scratch you need a refinery and chemist.
You cannot make it from scratch. Good 2 cycle oils include additives that aren't available to the public. Without these your engine will not last long at all.
If you are asking how to mix it, that's different. But your questions is how to make it, not how to mix it - two different things.
Get a gallon of gas. And a bottle of 2 stroke oil. On the bottle, or better still, on the appliance you want to use it with, it will tell you how much oil to put in the gas.
I don't think you can. It is a different formulation from 4 stroke oil. There is alot of secrecy about the formulation of 2 stroke oils. Some say that 30w straight weight oil is the same thing.
Who cares anyway, just go buy some 2 srroke oil at Autozone for 99 cents!
