Broken box spring!?

Question:Its not in the budget to purchase a new set but does anyone know of a quick temporary fix to provide support? Sleeping on the floor is not an option.

Where is the box spring broken? If you have broken springs you could sandwich a sheet of plywood between the box spring and mattress. If the frame of the box spring is broken splint the break by nailing or screwing another board to it. .
