Can some one help me on my peerless tank less boiler leaking?

Question:Since last week, my water heater (a tankless oil burning, heater and hot water in one unit) has been leaking water in the fire chamber. At this time, it is heating the hot water to a certain degree. When the unit is off the water is leaking. The unit is 2 years old, and with the previous unit we had different type of problem, again Peerless brand, but a bigger one. The warranty covered the exchange, but this unit is much smaller than the first one. I called the company and they dont want to cover the second unit, so I have to repair it, any help is appreciated.

Answers:
you can try to fix the unit yourself, and even improve efficency if you're willing to weld the unit. Leaking boilers is not something the average do-it-yourself person is ready to tackle, but feel free to get ahold of me if you would like to know more.
