How Does Ant Killer Powder Actually Work?

Question:

Answers:
It doesn't! The only possibility is if you catch every ant, hold them how, and force it down their throats! Other than that, pretty much useless!

The active ingredient in most ant powders are some of the cheapest on the market. They may kill some of the ants, but not enough to kill off the colony.

you put it down and it kills them.
Your best bet is to get a cinnamon sugar mix. Ants love sugar and they will carry it back to the queen. They can't digest cinnamon so when the queen eats it she will die & the colony will die without her.
swallow it and find out punk ***
I bought some last year as i was over run by ants. It works by sticking to the ants when they cross it, when they go back to the nest the powder kills the queen and the worker ants cannot live with out the queen and they all die. I have never had another ant in my house since.
They breathe in the fumes that powders have, but powders are powders so you need to buy the most effective ant powder. Here's a tip if you have got a stone or concrete garden path leading to your kitchen. Splosh down a bucket full of water.ants dont like crossing water.
